Documentation

Request access to the knowledge base to update records.
Training
Provide regular compliance and data security training for all staff, updated to reflect new laws, technologies, and threats.
Auditing
Conduct periodic audits of company practices and systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
Address and correct non-compliances promptly, documenting all actions taken.
Reporting & Incident Management
Immediately report any suspected or actual compliance violations to management and, where required, authorities.
Documentation of investigations and mitigation steps is mandatory.
Vendor and Third-party Compliance
Ensure all vendors and partners strictly follow company compliance requirements through contracts and routine review.
Enforcement
Breaches of compliance policy may result in disciplinary action up to termination, legal penalties, and reporting to authorities as required.
